Our success at enterprise mobile app development doesn’t arise from good luck, as fortunate as we might seem to observers. It’s a product of how we operate.
From an inventory management app for Quiksilver that facilitates billions in revenue and a customer loyalty app for Burger King used in 30 countries, to a simple demo app built for Harman Kardon, CitrusBits approaches every project as an opportunity to impart excellence to our clients and their end users.
Our enterprise clients hire us because we have functional expertise they don’t.
With more than 300 mobile applications built to date, CitrusBits has proven expertise and a deep bench that can execute against your mobile roadmap better, faster and more cost-effectively than any in-house team. Our team of mobile app development experts is 60+ strong, ensuring that we’ll have the optimal staffing for almost any mobile app project.
As an enterprise client, you may already have worked out a solid product roadmap, requirements, and perhaps even milestones associated with timelines.
You have a team of people who are already bought into a vision, who perhaps have been working on or planning your mobile product for months.
Our job during Discovery, or “Sprint Zero”, is to absorb all your planning and vision for your product – and merge that with our team’s functional expertise – in order to produce an optimized project plan.
We employ Agile methodology for design and development, as this allows us to deliver products on schedule while maintaining the ability to be flexible.
Our development team operates on two-week sprint cycles, delivering iterative builds at the end of each sprint for review internally and by the client.
CitrusBits’ technical leads have numerous industry certifications in project management and Agile/Scrum-based development, and our Head of Engineering is a key participant on every enterprise mobile app project team.
To ensure responsive collaboration and transparency across the team and for our clients, we use collaboration and project management tools such as JIRA, Basecamp, Trello, Instabug, and others specifically requested by our clients.
All project managers are based locally here in the US, and we typically seek to establish weekly or bi-weekly cadence calls with our enterprise clients.
Tell us about your next project.
