Prior to joining CitrusBits, James honed this marketing approach for more than 15 years at B2C and B2B tech companies including Newegg.com, CPO/Essendant, and Guidance Software/OpenText, helping nearly all of them achieve record growth (including Inc. 500 recognition) and attractive exits through M&A. James holds an MBA in Marketing from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
