The Challenge

Quiksilver came to us for a way to process orders and manage inventory for their 100000+ SKUs, organized by category and season, that performed perfectly across their 940 stores all over the world. The app needed to integrate with their POS and SAP and have a beautiful and intuitive UI that their sales team could learn to use quickly and efficiently, plus provide reliable shopping cart functionality.

The Process

CitrusBits created a blazingly efficient iPad app which connects seamlessly with Quicksilver’s existing technology for order processing. The platform isn’t just amazingly quick – it’s also incredibly powerful. Inventory can be managed in bulk, with effortless multitasking. We know that enterprise technology transitions can be challenging, and that enterprise software needs to last to provide the best ROI. That’s why we created a solution with longevity through great design, meticulous planning and information architecture, and rigorous code review. We expect Quiksilver to thrive on this technology for the next decade.

The Result

Today, over $1 Billion in revenue is processed through our app. Hundreds of employees and store managers are using it to optimize sales and keep operations running at 100%. Thanks to the seamless integration with Quiksilver’s backend technologies, our collaboration produced this enormous efficiency engine that drives like a dream.
